We offer standard and expedited shipping options:

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
  • Free standard shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount (when applicable – check our homepage for current promotions).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the provided link.

Delays & Issues

While we strive for on-time delivery, unforeseen issues such as weather or carrier delays may occur. Velvyn Hair is not liable for shipping delays once a package is in the carrier’s possession.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you for redelivery (additional charges may apply).
